Dakota District Pipes & Drums offers free instruction to individuals interested in both piping and drumming.
Instruction occurs every Tuesday night from 6:30pm to 7:15pm at Our Savior's Lutheran in Sioux Falls. Students
are expected to provide their own practice chanters or drum pads and books.
